Key Pillars of the Christian Faith

1. Salvation through Faith Salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ—not human effort. God’s grace, shown through Christ’s sacrifice, is the basis of redemption.
“For by grace you have been saved through faith… not a result of works.” - Ephesians 2:8-9

2. Authority of Scripture The Bible is viewed as God’s inspired and trustworthy Word.
"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness" -2 Timothy 3:16

3. The Nature of God One God in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. This Trinity reveals God’s relational nature and His work in creation, salvation, and spiritual growth.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” - Matthew 28:19
4. The Life and Work of Jesus Christ Jesus’ birth, ministry, sacrificial death, resurrection, and ascension are central to the faith.
"For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, and that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures." - 1 Corinthians 15:3-4
5. The Resurrection Jesus’ resurrection is foundational, confirming His divinity and offering believers hope of eternal life and victory over sin and death.

"We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life." - Romans 6:4
